I am reposting this quarter from earlier this year because I never did find an answer to this - mainly because of poor photos. I've since got better equipment and better in photographing (most times).

Anyway there is a copper wedge showing from the rim inward. Testing with a toothpick, the copper part appears to be raised (toothpick snags going from field to copper wedge). So what would this be? Sorry if there are more photos than there needs to be. ZI just wanted to cover angles.

I'm thinking a Retained Struck Through Rim Burr error.

Would that be considered fold over copper foil?

Back then I thought it was incuse but I was going by what I could see with what I had at the time. It's actually raised as a toothpick let me know.

I think EV is right. The last pic I posted appears to show where the peel occurred. Thank you all!! I can get this one put away now.
