I'd start with acetone, but I think Verdi-care would be a good option.

I would try boiling in distilled water first. It just looks like dirt, not verdigris.

Looks like a nice authentic coin as is, I'd leave it as is.
Even if a soak removes all the grim it won't improve the grade.
