I was going through a jug of coins and this jumped out at me. I know its 90% silver but is it a Type C?

Tacc, I did and think it is a Type C although the leaf next to the arrows looks a little different and the D mint mark is not clear. I'm trying now to determine the grade and if it might be worth anything.

Cool, you should also check the image I circled for placement of the A in DOLLAR and the leaf.

Your coin is fairly well circulated so that will affect value, but TYPE C has some value.
There is a separate Grading section of this forum to give you a good idea of grade.

Thanks. I mistakenly thought it was in pretty good shape. So seems unless a coin is in uncirculated condition the value is basically that of the silver.
