I've had this coin in my box of treasures for quite a while and wanted to share with you to hear your comments concerning it. Below the first nine in the date looks like the top of a second nine to me. What do you all think? Once again, thanks in advance for all your comments and insight. I think that's a plating bubble. There's another big one on Abe's nose by his eye.
