Just a ding on the mint mark from circulation wear and damage. I would grade your coin between EF and AU.

Doesn't look like the Mintmark is in the exact position to be an RPM.

For me 70s and 80 era rpms are so hard to find....but I keep looking.

Because the actual RPM coins come off of the same die that would mean the mintmarks would all be in the same position on the coins. Mintmarks were hand stamped into the dies so the positions were in different locations. They stopped the hand punching around 1990.
