1913 S Nickel "Speared Bison"?

Would this be considered a speared bison? The spear doesn't travel through the whole body like the newer nickel, but there's a definite spear piercing the underbelly. Any other reports of a 1913 speared bison?

Type 2 1913 S , a key to the series .
This one looks suspicious.
The Bison looks like it has
Casting bubbles on it
I am thinking could be spurious .
Get it certified !

yea what's up with the center of its belly, bulls eye (leaves me with an off feeling). Reverse is wonderfully struck same as obverse except for liberty..
