I am still new at this, but I still spend a lot of time checking out coins and researching different types of coin errors. I found this coin after viewing it many times as I do with all the coins as I learn more about coin errors, I accidentally ran across the horns. Lol. Just wanted to share the photos.

Is that feature raised, or sunken (incuse)?

they look incuse on the small full coin image, so, I think either damage of possible struck through. That part is hard to tell with these images.
