2003 Non Mag 1 Cent - Error - Obverse And Reverse

Pulled this 2003 Non Mag 1 cent out of a bank box today. It has a huge strike through on the Obverse and the Reverse with full raised details still in the huge groves (recessed). With the coin in hand I am convinced this is a legit mint error. There is alot going on with this coin. Need a little input on this one from you guys!!

It's out of round. With impressions on both sides, I don't think it's a struck-through - more likely a struck-by-hammer.

The obverse could be showing a Struck Through, but the reverse looks like PMD.
