Came across this coin and having trouble identifying the mint mark, it's a overfilled D with a raised area across the D.

Probably a combo of the mint mark being filled and circulation dings from PMD.

It is hard to tell for certain,need a close up of the D, but it is not an RPM

Hard to tell exactly but may be a circulation hit causing some metal movement.

Well for one - If it were a true "broken post" filled mint mark there would not be a "partial" with a line going across the center of it. Looks like pushed metal.
