Appears to be a floating roof, given the posted pics. An artifact of 'aggressive' die polishing. Extreme lovers of die polishing issues might be willing to pay a dollar of two--maybe more if the coin was in uncirculated condition. Might be fun to keep it as an example for reference purposes. Value won't cover the cost of a Costco membership.

Right side looks good but from images provided, looks like some residuals remain on left. These are everywhere and as 44 states, keep this one for reference. You'll be able to find an UNC in no time if looking for it.

Floating roofs are caused by over polishing the dies. Just a spender to me, as it's very common.
