I do not think this is a double die. I wanted to see if the left side of the "1" is just Machine Doubling and maybe the 4 Is maybePMD... I don't see any Doubling around the eyelid, but just wanted to throw it in there in case one of you guys think something's going on.

I will have to investigate the vertical line in the 1 and not sure if the 4 is just damage but the area you are pointing to under the 1 is master die doubling or a doubled hub, can't remember which but not hub doubling.

ADDED: I'm seeing the area you are pointing out on the 4 in multiple pics I have looked at, so thinking it to is a master die doubling or a doubled hub and the more I look at the vertical line in the 1, makes me think it is "chipping" in the die. So, in my opinion, nothing special going on here.

@makecents - so the vertical line on the "1" is from a die chip vs MD? The die (over time) just gets beaten down, which creates a little wiggle room in there to create the line?

Yes, it does not look like MD at all to me. I've got arrows pointing at the area that looks chipped out, from the right to the center, leaving what looks like a line on the left side, where it's lower. And unless they shared working dies, which is not unheard of, the area under the 1 is from a doubled master die, I have seen it on other mm coins.
