He seems to have NGC graded coins at reasonable prices but a lot of lousy feedback in prior years.

I've noticed that some of these power sellers have more negative feedback than non-power sellers for what ever reason. My opinion is they move volumes of inventory and may not have the time to get items out on time or communicate in a timely fashion. At least his coins are legit.
