It appears to be an unlisted spike head. Closest to it is SKH-1c-1983-62 but the intersecting point on the upper bar of the E is different. Nice find!

Die crack - normally referred to as a "Spike Head" as previously mentioned! Nice find!

I see some plating issues near the date. @dou, can you please confirm that the linear "vein" is not depressible with the tip of a wooden toothpick? I just want to make sure that you don't have a linear plating bubble.
