I think ifs a shard over his head maybe a Die chip? Also look the N on the obverse it seem a small dot ? Thanks

What are shards?
Can you elaborate?
You have mentioned them in a few posts.
I can find no mention of this term on coin error sites.
We all have to use the same language here to answer your questions.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

As mentioned a very small die chip and a hair line crack from its top.
