1988 P Dime Not Sure What Error This Is

Would this be considered off center? The letters in liberty are looking a little funky as well lol Since I was last here found out I have cervical cancer. For me, this one is a spender, but I'm still really pleased to have seen that '65 dime with the partially missing cladding.
