i found it a hard call with TPG's on these bust halves as to how they address strike. I think they consider it, but it looks like they only knock them a little. maybe a 1/2 grade for weak strikes and a full grade for worse ones. somewhere there's a line between the two

yep, it had a good shot at 45 imo. I think they dinged it for strike which really isn't that weak,
