Coin arrived today. Pictures look a bit blue for some reason - coin in hand doesn't show that color.   |

i think its the lighting causes that blue tint. solid XF40 for me. the sharpness of the details on both sides could push it to over the line to a 45. always have to remember these are notoriously bad for strike issues

i found it a hard call with TPG's on these bust halves as to how they address strike. I think they consider it, but it looks like they only knock them a little. maybe a 1/2 grade for weak strikes and a full grade for worse ones. somewhere there's a line between the two |
