Gamall Maor New Member United States 17 Posts	Posted 02/20/2025 3:53 pm I won this at a local auction and was wondering why the obverse was cloudy and the reverse was not? The coin is still in the case from the mint and the other coins contained within are unaffected. And would this still be considered a proof? Thanks, Chris Report this Post to the Staff

The grades go all they way from PR01 to PR70. The lens is not airtight and environmental exposure can do crazy things over nearly 57 years.
