Gorgeous Coin MS63 is my guess. I have this 1923-S which is supposedly a hard one to find in anything MS64 and higher.
Photo Quality is Poor

no, I have not sent this one in to be Graded. What I was saying is the 1923-S is very hard to find in MS-64 And above.

Unc cleaned. MS-61, maybe MS-62 (but cleaned - at least the obverse. I can't see the reverse clearly)

looks like UNC details (cleaned/polished)

doesn't matter the photos are poor there are surface indicators that coin was cleaned

It really upsets me that people do this to Coins when it's one of the biggest no no's in Coin collecting!

So just because it will Cartwheel doesn't mean it hasn't been Cleaned?
