MS-64 I think PCGS grades GSA morgans light.

Nice One Zurie. I think she may make 64 in spite of the obverse chatter and cheek rub.

The reverse crescent toning is quite attractive. The obverse contact marks seem to be light and superficial. I think it would go MS64 without a problem. I would be a bit disappointed if it came back MS63.

Using these photos I don't see anything major on the cheek and neck. Several light scratches. I believe it grades MS64.

62/63, screams quick dip to remove the ugly tone.

62/63, screams quick dip to remove the ugly tone. If you want a bright, shiny coin without originality? That's the thing to do. It would all but guarantee a lower grade like 62 or 63. 63 with a quick dip and 62 with a long dip. Many people have done this over the years. Too many. |
