It is called a " Ridge Ring" caused by a worn die.
No premium as it is part of the minting process.

Yeah, after I hit post, I realized I should have been a little more descriptive. I apologize I didn't know what to call it. The Ring of Death is what I thought it was. I mean, it's so deep preston you can actually hold water in it like a thimble
