I found this dime in a bunch of pennies. I thought it was a penny but it wasnt. Thought it might be missing clad or just worn out dime.

Looks like environmental damage.

Yes my money is on this being a normal dime that spent time in the ground, but an edge picture and/or the weight would be useful to confirm.
