A 1958-D Doubled Die with the original VDB on the reverse, over struck on a real 1958-D cent. Really pleased with this one, it looks beautiful. Interesting to note that the strike also includes the current VDB under Lincoln's shoulder, so there's two VDB's on this coin! Report this Post to the Staff

Pleased that you enjoy this example. I'm curious about the apparent arcing cut/groove on the obverse from Lincoln's shoulder through his jacket lapel and into his jaw.
