Are you able to get more lighting on it? Could grade MS, but I don't want to assume until better pictures are provided.

Not a business strike unless it's polished, there were no proofs in '66. So it's SMS or a polished business strike. The hair detail seems weak for an SMS though. My guess is AU Details - Polished.

Below is an SP63 for reference. It's a really strong 63 imo.
