What is happening on the rim of this otherwise beautiful 1981 Lincoln? BTW my photos stink. Blaming it on my worn-out coin microscope. Sorry.

It's a Rim Fin that has folded over.
Originally it would have been straight up. Almost impossible to find one not folded over.
