I am not too knowledgeable about paper currency and wondering if this is considered to be an ink bleed through, does the red seal visible on the rear adds or detract from value? Not trying to get fancy with photos for a forum post, I was about to list it for sale and that is when I realized the seal visible on the other side is a bit different than the others sales and listings and though I probably should have sent it to be graded to begin with, I am hoping to get a better understanding about its ink. Thanks.
