This seems likely.
19$ is just absurd, but 90 is more realistic for what a dealer would offer (still low though).

I just witnessed one of our main dealers buy $1500 face of these at 9x or $2.25/each. That's about the standard going rate here in Madison, WI. I am sure you can sell them for more though.

Thank you all for your help, I think I will hold on to them, the way silver has been doing I think that might be the best option.
