to the CCF, Dolphin865! I can't see your coin well enough to tell what's going on. Can you remove it from the 2X2 and retake the pictures? Also, please crop the images to remove all of the background.

Remove it from the holder and retake new pictures. I'm thinking PMD, but better pictures are needed to be sure.

Doesn't look like a cake to me, maybe a pancake.

The raised part in the center of the reverse suggests it was held there with some kind of tool while the circumference was ground off IMO, or squished under something with a small hole in it. Is the edge of the reverse slightly upturned as an unstruck planchet would be? That's really the only way to know.
