Can anybody tell me what the error is on this quarter that I found it's got lots of like folds in it or blemishes on both sides

My guess would be acid or campfire coin.

Just a damaged coin.How doesn't really matter, all that matters
is that it could not have happened when the coin was struck.

I the future, please supply a photo of both sides of the coin.
