Pictures aren't that great. In focus pictures would help. From what I am seeing, it looks normal.

It does look pretty close to the F - either the "o" was hit or the "F" was hit in circulation moving them next to each other.

it looks ok to me - the Mint used a lower case 'o' rather than an upper case 'O' - do think that the Mint designers should have also used a lower case 'f' though.
