Not too sure on this one. I'm thinking that it is not an RPM.
The MM was weakly punched into the die - resulting in the bottom of the MM to have a gap from the body to the lower serif.
\I also see very slight Die Deterioration.

I looked on VV and none of them match and they all have complete MM on them
