Would appreciate any help with confirming the ID of this coin, as well as any opinions on its condition.

However, I am not sure if there are distinct varieties of this particularly coin. I believe it's authentic but certainly open to questions about its authenticity as well. Thanks.

Issued by the moneyer Tiberius Claudius Tiberius son of Appius Nero in 79 BC.
Reference Crawford 383/1. This issue has many number varieties on the lower reverse, above "TI CLAVD TI F/ AP N"
This one has "CXXIIII".
