Has anyone seen this one before? The number 1 has a significant bend in it. Do you think this is a mint error of some kind or has it been damaged somehow? I do not see any tool marks so it looks like it may have been struck that way. Haven't seen any other examples online. It is from an old collection. Thank you.

Just damage from a well placed hit. It's PMD, not an error. It didn't happen during the striking of the coin, so it's not an error.
