Hi guys! New here so be gentle :)
I found this star note and noticed that one side was faded save for the badge and serial numbers and the other side looked normal. Was just looking for some insight/opinions on value if any, and whether its a spend or keep. Thank you for the help!

I can't address your question, but our experts in the US paper money forum can. I'm going ask a Moderator to move your post there for proper attention.

It's a spender. Have seen this before.
The serial number and "badge" are printed on a different press using a different ink.
Something (chemical, washing machine?) has faded the main printing without affecting the serial numbers.

Agree it's a washed note and a spender.
