I usually buy one tube of silver eagles every year. I should have got them back in January when spot was lower. With the recent news about tariffs I wondered if gold/silver would drop. Early this morning spot prices were down. I bought a tube of 2025 silver eagles, a decent price on Walmart from Bullion Exchanges, $749 or $37.45 each. I could have done some cheaper on dealer sites using wire transfer/crypto but I don't do those, used debit card.

Of course it dropped more after I bought LOL. My total average of all my silver eagles is $22.74 each so I'm okay.

Congrats (coast average is good) and 400 oz pretty impressive. I'm dragging my feet on silver right now my gut says that's a mistake we will see. Was also hoping to trade some silver for gold but at (90 to 1) has a long way to go before it makes sense.

To clarify I didn't start buying tubes until 2014. I only have one example each of the prior years. Wish I would have bought one tube for each year! I've mostly bought 90% silver, generic rounds and some bars for stacking.

Should have waited, they were down to $694 per tube today.

As Bette Davis said in 1950 movie All About Eve, "Fasten your seat belts, it's going to be a bumpy night (for us ride)." I have her signature on a letter she wrote about tickets to the Hollywood Canteen where soldiers were entertained, 1942.

Everything Ive bought in the last month is much cheaper now including that gold Liberty I thought I was getting a deal on.

Am I worried ? No I'm in it for the long haul and it will be my Legacy to my loved ones when I croak. I don't expect things to always go my way and I bought medal cause I'm sick of dollars laying around doing little or nothing.

The only thing I'm aggravated about is I blew my monthly budget 3X over already and I want to keep a $0 around my big credit limit. I haven't even got my metal delivered yet and I'm losing on it already, that don't help.

But I know I'll make it up. We have to make a move while we still have some middle class left. Right now America has to believe in itself and future jobs for our kids. I think its going to head lower and I hope by May 1st, when the new PM budget is open, PM will be even cheaper.

But Arrrrrr ! I'm looking at these prices and its hard not to buy. I had no idea PM would not be tariffed too.
