Looking to find out what year it was made, rarity, and possible value. Hard to get a good pic since it is so small but it is in decent condition. Thanks. Report this Post to the Staff

As such, it would have to date from around the time - or not too long after - the 3 cent coin was in regular use: the later half of the 1800s.
