I don't know the value, but definitely keep it, it is a radar note as well as a lucky 8's note and because it only has two numbers in it, eights and zeros also makes it collectible. John1
Yes, I would think that radars with numbers comprising only 0 and 1 or only 0 and 8 would both be worth significantly more than non-radar notes of the same series and condition. How much more I can't say - it would depend on the market at the time.
Coins92's note would be of particular interest to folks from a Chinese / Asian background - in that culture, the number eight is "lucky".
