The front is printed a little off center,too high, compared to the back. Any info welcome. Thanks.

Not off enough to be worth more than $20. Spend it quick before inflation lowers that value.

For collectable paper money, when the design is partially missing it is an error. When it is uncentered with the whole design showing it lowers the collectable value. Collectors want centered notes and pay less if they aren't.
