I was processing some coins for submission, and I noticed the last digit of the date on this one. Double Eagle RPDs are way out of my wheelhouse. I know they exist and there are several dates with them, and beyond that I plead ignorance.

This isn't listed on Wexler's site, and all of my print edition materials are packed right now. (We are in the middle of endless home remodeling, but that's another story.)

What does everyone think? Is this an RPD? If so, is there an attribution for this one?

It looks like Machine Doubling to me. I'm no expert though.

Thank you! That's what I needed. It's a generic bullion value coin, but I wanted to be sure it wasn't something else before I get it the good housekeeping slab to offload it.
