This looks like a triple MM and the only triple MM is the 1MM-001,

However, the markers regarding die breaks in the columns and on the roof and right cornice etc are not there on the reverse in comparison to Chucks site pics of the 1959d 1MM -001.

Nice find. Yours could be a EDS of the -001. It does mention that "The southeast punching grows stronger with die age". Also, there are other triple MM's on that site, but none that fit your coins description.
