Sharing a 1955s wheat with a rpm listed as rpm-004 in VarietyVista and that's also a BIE and send it in by James Wiles , but does anybody else but me , see these rpm as a very minor and hard to see rpm? , I've send many rpm easier to see than these one to Mr. Wiles and they were sent back to me as to minor to be listed

Yes, this is what I would consider a minor RPM. It is hard to see even in early die state and high grade, let alone after some circulation. But it was listed long ago and continues to be one of the many older RPMs that would not be listed today.

That said, IMO CONECA was/is too critical of RPM strength to qualify for listing, as well as inconsistent. I have several stories relating to this. One example is the 55-S RPM I sent in 20+ years ago which came back as "Too minor to list". Yet just after that the first edition of what became VV was published, and my coin was listed as RPM #5 but with someone else listed as the discoverer!

I have several more examples, but in the case of RPM #4 I do agree it's a pretty minor RPM.

The most interesting thing about RPM #4, IMO, is that it has the "Sausage" BIE in LDS.
