nice Retained Cud , I would check Cuds on Coins for a match , there're 117 of them listed under 1943 , if it's not send pictures to JC to get it listed.

I agree, a retained or pre-cud. There is very slight displacement but the piece has not yet fallen off, so it cannot be a Cud. Nice find though.

there are a 119 of these had no idea the closes one I could find is (rcd-1c-1943-94) but to me not a match . mite if you want submit to Cuds on coins.
