Found in circulation at an arcade in York Beach, Maine. Got it from the change machine. Off Center Nickel. 1971 D LMC Struck Through Grease. Found it CRH. 1996 P Washington quarter with Accidental Die Abrasion. https://www.error-ref.com/accidental-die-abrasion/ Not an error really, but it's my most severe case of Die Deterioration that I've found on a coin.
