i have a $20 star note serial number 00181808 series 2001. I looked it up on a website and here is what it said.
Denomination $20 Series 2001 Serial Number cb00181808* Run 1 Run Size 320000 Run Range 00000001 - 00320000 Total Printed 320000 Gaps None Month Printed FEBRUARY 2002
can someone explain to me what the run, run size, and run range means? I think a run size of 320,000 is good but I am not sure thanks. and I take it there was only 320,000 printed?
In 2001, there was one printing(1 run) of star notes from the New York District(B). The SNs will range from 00000001*- 00320000* so only 320,000 B stars were printed vs. 652,800,000 regular B notes printed. G, J, and L also had star note runs but they were 3.2 million each. You definitely got the good one out of the 2001 $20 stars
