So I was just curious.... In my search for Lincoln cents for my album, particularly mostly Wheat cents, I have come across quite a bit of duplicates. I don't really want to get rid of them, though. I like the idea of hanging onto them.

What do you guys do with coins that you don't put in albums? I am considering saving a bunch of coins that won't really particularly go into any of my albums, but are cool enough to keep. I was thinking of maybe using tubes?

Plastic tubes are a good choice for bulk.

I have several Dansco albums with 12-pocket vinyl pages for 2x2s that I use to hold various miscellaneous coins that do not fit into regular albums.

Yeah, I have one of those, too... I like the "bulk" idea though, and not having to place anything in 2x2's.

Indeed. I have dozens of tubes with various coins, all duplicates. I need to do something with them someday.
