Hello, I was recently going through my change and came across the wheat. Penny 1910 looking at the mint mark it looks like an O it's right under the date. I just don't see it being an S mint mark. Doesn't looked altered or machined And ideals would be great appreciated

That is not an "O", it is just circulation damage like the rest of the cent.
There were no O mint marks in 1910, just a D and S.

Yes, post-strike damage. And yes, beware Pareidolia.

On post strike damage, wouldn't there be evidence on the other side like some type of indent or anything? And I'm aware there is no O mint Mark. Just said that's what it looks like thank you

Not if it was just a very slight hit to make a depression just deep enough to be filled with that black coloring.

There are small ring-shaped craters all over this coin - notably, there's a string of three or four them coming out of Lincoln's eyes, looking almost like a cartoon thought-bubble. So the similarly O-shaped crater below the date is likely to be caused by the same thing that caused the others. That it just happened to form where a mintmark would normally be stamped is a coincidence. It was probably originally an un-mintmarked (Philly mint) coin.

That depends on what caused the damage. Getting hit with a large pointy object like a hammer-and-nail certainly would cause reverse damage; corrosion caused by fire or chemical damage would not. And this coin shows every sign of severe environmental damage, such as a fire or corrosive environment.

to the CCF and PMD. Looks like the coin has been through a fire at some time in its life.
