1958-D - Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Error In "we"

Spence Moderator United States 34397 Posts	Posted 05/20/2025 06:53 am @mon, rather than doubling, I believe that the extra metal in the letter W is from that die crack--perhaps there was a tiny chip in the die associated with that crack. By the way, your close-up pictures are way above average for someone with only a couple posts here--well done!
