. I've read these over and over again and again.
I can't seem to figure out why Rubduck had a problem.
Everyone just wanted to let you know it is a Close AM.
JimmyD did that also plus pointed out about Errors and Varieties which is another thing to learn.
The rest of the conversation was about the difference of Errors and Varieties.
Seems most of the conversation was between Makecents and JimmyD only.

One piece of info folks forgot to share with Riddick about Close AM vs. Wide AM.
It can be confusing, but you first need to determine if your coin is a "made for Circulation" coin or a "Proof" coin.
Your coin looks like a "made for Circulation" coin. So, your coin is a " Close AM" and that is normal for a "circulation strike".

If your coin was a "proof" coin with the " Close AM", it would be a winner.

ps. For the sake of argument, I agree with JimmyD.
"Transitional varieties" says it all for me.
Makecents
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

You so funny! I do understand what are considered varieties and what considered errors, that was not my point. Just always thought that it was odd the several of the "varieties" are due to human "error". Just having some fun with the terminology and JimmyD didn't have fun with it, I guess....

Are you referring to this Riddick? LINK https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_C..._(franchise) If so, I really like those movies!

Rubduck, on the other hand, sent me a PM before I replied that I had not realized at the time, thanking me for the help. Hopefully they will be back.
