Is this normal minting? Notice one side of the coin has a wide gap in between the rim and the face of the coin. Would appreciate all comments and opinions. Thanks.

It looks completely normal to me. If you are referring to the gap between the rim and the field with "20 EUROCENT", that is just part of the design.
