Not really too much new, just some minor changes.

On the front of the sleeve, I'd say that's identical to 2024, the biggest change occurred last year. I am showing 2023-2025.

On the reverse, they did add the website and that "all rights are reserved". So things shifted around a bit

The front of the inner box looks the same to me.

The clamshell seems to be the same. It would be cool if they added the date to the image of the coin art, similar to what they did on the coa in the early days if the proof ASEs.

They can't seem to stick to the wording for the obverse design. 2023-2025 are all all different from each other. They still what to reference the change in design since 2021. I think they can drop it by now. It seems like the "catalog.usmint.gov" website has been dropped, now it's just "usmint gov".
The art behind the wording send to change tones every year. From medium to light to dark. Possibly just varies from batch to batch.

I thought Gibson was out?
This all looks the same except the alignment of the lettering under her signature this year.

The coins inside remain relatively static. As an OGP collector, I notice the small changes from year to year. It's sort of a niche thing that not everyone appreciates, and that's fine. They'd rather have it removed and put in a slab with an unusual label. Hey, to each their own.
A 1995P is the same as a1995W, except for the mint mark. To the uneducated, they are virtually identical.
As educated hobbyists, we know one is much rarer than the other.
What really separates them in my eyes, is the OGP.
